Use of the Service

Resolution Bingo is provided for personal use in creating and tracking goal-oriented bingo cards. You agree to use the service only in a lawful manner and not to misuse, interfere with, probe, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the app, its infrastructure, or other users' data.

User Content

You are responsible for the content you create, enter, store, export, or share through the app, including goal text, category labels, and snapshots. You should not use the app to store or distribute unlawful, infringing, harassing, abusive, or sensitive content you do not wish to expose.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring under your account. The developer may suspend or restrict access if there is suspected misuse, abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.

Availability

The service may change, improve, pause, or discontinue features at any time without guaranteed continuity, compatibility, or uptime. The developer is not obligated to maintain the service indefinitely.

Resolution Bingo relies on third-party services, including Firebase and platform providers such as Apple and web infrastructure providers. Availability and performance may depend in part on those services.

Resolution Bingo is a personal productivity and goal-tracking tool. It does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or reliability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of the developer for any claim related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the app.
