EFL Designs Apps Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to apps published by EFL Designs, including Resolution Bingo and Shoe Tracker 10000. It explains what information may be used by these apps and how it is handled.

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile apps, web experiences, and related services made available by EFL Designs. By using an applicable app, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described here.

Information We Collect

• Your email address for account creation, login, and password reset.
• User-generated content such as bingo card titles, goals, categories, progress, shoe names, brands, purchase dates, mileage logs, activity history, achievements, and similar app content.
• Optional shoe photos or image files you choose to upload.
• Apple Health workout data if you explicitly grant Health access in Shoe Tracker 10000.
• Basic technical and security-related service data provided by Firebase.

How Information Is Used

• To authenticate your account.
• To sync your app data across supported devices.
• To save progress and restore app content when you return.
• To support optional user-requested features such as workout import or shoe photo storage.
• To help maintain app security and reliability.

Service Providers

EFL Designs apps may use third-party infrastructure providers, including Google Firebase, Firebase Storage, Apple Health integrations, image picker libraries, and related platform services to support authentication, cloud data storage, app functionality, and security operations. Information processed through those services is subject to the applicable provider's systems and policies.

Disclosure

Resolution Bingo does not sell your personal information. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with law, respond to legal process, protect users, investigate misuse, or protect the rights, property, or safety of the developer or others.

Snapshots and Sharing

Applicable apps may allow you to create and share snapshots or upload photos. If you choose to save, share, or upload images, that action is initiated by you and may place the image in your photo library, cloud storage, or a third-party destination you select.

You are solely responsible for the content you enter into the apps and for any snapshot, export, upload, or share action you choose to make. Please avoid storing or sharing sensitive personal information through app text or images unless you are comfortable doing so.

Data Retention

App data remains associated with your account unless it is deleted by you or removed as part of account or service maintenance.

Data Access and Deletion

You can access and update your information inside the relevant app experience. If you want your account-associated data removed and cannot do so through the product experience, you may contact the developer using the contact details below and request deletion. Reasonable steps will be taken to process valid requests, subject to technical, legal, operational, and backup-related limits.

Security

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect account and app data, including authentication controls, access rules, password protections, and related security measures. However, no method of transmission, storage, or electronic processing is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

International Processing

Depending on the infrastructure used to operate the service, your information may be processed or stored in jurisdictions outside your local region.

Children's Privacy

Resolution Bingo is not directed to children under 13.
